Frequently asked questions

What counts toward the SMS limit?

Every outbound SMS sent from the platform counts toward your monthly limit. Inbound messages from customers are free. If you need more, additional SMS bundles are available.

What happens if I go over my SMS limit?

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Additional SMS messages are billed at a per-message rate — we won't cut off communication with your customers.

Are there per-user fees?

No additional per-seat charges beyond the user limit on your plan. Core includes 5 users, Pro includes 15, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans include a 15% discount. Contact us or select annual billing during checkout.

What's the onboarding fee?

The one-time onboarding fee covers account setup, data migration assistance, and a guided walkthrough of the platform with your team. Core is $199, Pro is $299, and Enterprise is $499.

How does payment processing work?

Customer payments are processed through Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are passed through — we don't add any markup.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is required at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time and your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period.
